Join our team as an Operational Coordinator and take charge of ensuring seamless daily operations across bar, floor, and storage. We’re looking for a strong leader with a passion for hospitality and a proactive mindset!

Key Responsibilites:

-Oversee bar and floor operations to maintain efficiency and compliance

-Train, manage, and motivate staff while also evaluating their performance

-Enforce operational procedures

-Manage inventory and staff performance

-Work alongside the team during operations, handling tasks and resolving issues as they come up

What We are Looking For: 

-Strong leadership and communication skills; (English fluent, Dutch and Spanish are a plus)

-Attention to detail with a proactive and problem-solving attitude

-Experience in bar and floor operations and as a manager

-Flexibility is important

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office
