About the vacancy

Front Office Control Clerk is an instrumental role of the Front Office department. They manage the daily operations of the hotel’s room inventory, focusing on ensuring that all guests' room requirements are met, optimizing room allocations based on guests' preferences and status, and managing room lists for large groups and events.

The Front Office Control Clerk directly monitors the hotel’s room occupancy, making adjustments and maximizing room usage, revenue, and upsell opportunities. Assists with the daily operations of the Front Office.

Requirements
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to stand for long periods.
Experience and a thorough understanding of front-office operations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficient in hotel systems, word, excel, PowerPoint, and others.
