About the vacancy

As a Junior Trade Marketeer, you will support the Trade Marketing Manager in planning, executing, and evaluating trade marketing activities to promote products across retail and distribution channels in Aruba. You will assist in ensuring that the company’s products are effectively represented in the marketplace, working closely with the sales, marketing, and merchandising teams to optimize product visibility and drive sales performance.
This entry-level position is ideal for candidates looking to grow their skills in trade marketing and develop a career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or distribution sector.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
1-2 years of experience or internships in trade marketing, brand marketing, or sales (preferably in FMCG or distribution sectors).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once, meeting deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
Fluent in English and Papiamento (Dutch and Spanish are a plus).
