Client Relations Representative


In Client Relations, you are the face of Bocobay and this will be one of the most versatile roles at the company. You’ll engage directly with owners to drive one of the most important parts of Bocobay’s business: ensuring our clients are happy!


Bocobay is revolutionizing hospitality through innovative, tech-powered service and inspiring, thoughtfully designed accommodations combined into one seamlessly managed experience. Officially launched in late 2020, Bocobay is a private equity backed business bringing a new standard to the Aruban vacation rental market - bringing the best of a hotel into your private residence.


In Client Relations, you are the face of Bocobay and this will be one of the most versatile roles at the company.  You’ll engage directly with owners to drive one of the most important parts of Bocobay’s business: ensuring our clients are happy! We are looking for an experienced professional that’s organized, customer-minded, and able to manage a high velocity acquisition motion. You’ll manage new client relationships from opportunity through from close to an ongoing healthy relationship.

AT BOCOBAY YOU WILL

  • Build relationships with owners and investors
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Sales Development, Marketing, Compliance, and Finance to structure your clients’ affairs
  • Actively manage opportunities through a fun and high-velocity team
  • Contribute to the continued progression of our growth strategies
  • Exceed performance goals on a monthly/quarterly basis
  • Engage with our internal CRM to manage our owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain regular communication with your clients
  • Manage existing accounts, ensuring all clients are satisfied with the Bocobay service and ensure any questions or issues are dealt with. Being the face of the brand to clients is vital to the ongoing success of Bocobay.
  • Travel to multiple Bocobay properties throughout Aruba, as required.


WHAT WE LOOK FOR

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (+ Dutch is a plus)
  • Experience engaging clients in the past
  • Guest-centric and positive mindset
  • Organized, hardworking, and detail-oriented
  • Comfort with ambiguity and rapidly shifting priorities
  • Thrives in a fast paced, ever-changing, always challenging startup environment
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
  • Comfort in independent problem solving with the humility to ask for help when needed
  • Flexible schedule (open to working on Saturdays)
  • This position requires a valid Driver’s License, clean driving record.
