We are seeking an experienced Collections Manager with a strong background in banking to establish and lead our collections department.

This role is critical to ensuring effective receivables management and maintaining healthy cash flow for the organization. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in setting up departmental operations, creating policies and procedures, and fostering a results-driven, customer-focused team environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive collections strategy tailored to the organization’s needs.
  • Lead the collections department in items such as, hiring, training, and managing a team of collections specialists.
  • Design Innovative collections policies, enforce collections policies, procedures, and best practices to optimize efficiency and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in collections management, preferably within the banking sector.
  • Proven experience in setting up and managing a collections department from the ground up.
