Job Objective
The Senior Account Manager plays a strategic role in driving revenue growth and strengthening long-term client relationships. In addition to managing and expanding key accounts, this role is responsible for identifying high-impact business opportunities and shaping tailored energy solutions that align with client goals. The Senior Account Manager serves as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact between Dynaf and its customers, ensuring consistent delivery of value, quality, and service excellence.
Working cross-functionally with internal teams such as technical, operations, and finance—the Senior Account Manager leads the development of complex proposals and oversees the full sales and service lifecycle. This role also contributes to the commercial strategy, mentors junior team members, and helps ensure customer satisfaction and retention in a competitive market.
Key Responsitbilitiets
· Develop and manage strategic, long-term relationships with key clients and high-value prospects.
· Serve as the primary commercial advisor for clients, ensuring consistent, high-quality service and proactive engagement.
· Identify complex customer challenges and lead the creation of tailored, value-driven solutions in collaboration with technical and operational teams.
· Lead the preparation and delivery of high-impact sales presentations, customized proposals, and competitive quotations.
· Oversee the full sales lifecycle—from opportunity development and contract negotiation to closing and long-term account growth.
· Monitor client satisfaction and lead resolution of service issues with a focus on retention and long-term value.
· Stay current with Dynaf’s full portfolio and evolving market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
· Take ownership of key account plans and contribute directly to the achievement of strategic sales targets.
· Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams for successful implementation and delivery of complex solutions.
· Represent Dynaf at senior-level client meetings, industry events, and trade shows, acting as a brand ambassador and trusted partner.
Job Requierments
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional training is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within a technical, energy, or B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts, closing high-value deals, and contributing to commercial strategy.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Strong affinity with technical products and integrated solutions.
Experience in the energy sector, power systems, or engineering environments is highly desirable.
- Language Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Dutch, and Papiamentu.
Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with both technical and executive-level stakeholders.
- IT Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, AFAS) and digital sales tools is preferred.
· Other Requirements:
- Strong commercial acumen and a strategic, client-centric mindset.
- Proactive, independent, and able to take ownership of complex accounts and projects.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- In possession of a valid driver’s license.
Work Conditions

Employment Type:
Full-time position (40 hours per week)

Work Location:
Based at Dynaf Aruba, with occasional travel within the Dutch Caribbean region

Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
- 21 vacation days per year (plus up to 4 additional days for no sick leave)
- 6% vacation allowance.
- Bonus of up to one month’s gross salary based on Curaçao Growth Fund performance
