About the vacancy
Job Objective
The Customer & Sales Support Officer supports the sales and service team by efficiently and accurately carrying out administrative and planning-related tasks that contribute to customer-focused and service-driven processes. Through timely quotations, structured scheduling, and effective communication, the officer ensures the smooth execution of commercial and service workflows. This role serves as a vital link between customers, internal departments, and external partners, with the goal of delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting Dynaf’s commercial growth in Aruba.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare, process, and follow up on quotations, orders, and contracts.
· Maintain accurate customer records and commercial documentation in the ERP/CRM system.
· Coordinate and monitor daily service planning, ensuring effective alignment between service appointments, technician availability, and customer expectations.
· Collaborate closely with the service department to proactively manage schedules, rescheduling, and workload balancing.
· Act as the first point of contact for administrative inquiries from customers and colleagues.
· Monitor delivery times, deadlines, and service-level agreements, and follow up on customer commitments.
· Support marketing and sales activities such as campaigns, client engagement, and events.
· Identify and propose improvements in administrative processes, service efficiency, and customer communication.
· Provide administrative support for reporting, invoicing, post-calculations, and service-related documentation.
Job Requirements
· MBO+/Bachelor’s level of working and thinking, preferably in a commercial or administrative field.
· At least 2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
· Excellent command of Dutch and English; Spanish is a plus.
· Experience with ERP and CRM systems (preferably Exact, AFAS, or similar).
· Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Accurate, proactive, and customer-focused.
Work Location:
Based at Dynaf Aruba, with occasional travel within the Dutch Caribbean region

Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
21 vacation days per year (plus up to 4 additional days for no sick leave)
6% vacation allowance.
Bonus of up to one month’s gross salary based on Curaçao Growth Fund performance
Pension scheme (for employees with a permanent contract)
