You will be responsible for managing tasks related to Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage tasks related to Accounting.
• Work 40 hours per week.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Educational background in MBO.

Languages

• DUTCH
• ENGLISH
• PAPIAMENTO
• SPANISH

SKILLS

• Good knowledge of accounting and related rules

• MS Excel - advance knowledge

• Able to work under pressure

• Able to work and participate in team related environment

• Flexible when needed to finalize requested assignments

Measures:

Quality of work/ Timely work delivery/ Job knowledge

• Achieve monthly closing and reporting deadlines

• Timely submission of assigned account reconciliations

• Timely resolution of reconciliation items identified

• Proper documentation of activities performed

• Timely processing of transactions related to scope of work assigned

Attendance and Punctuality

• Adherence to company stipulated working hours

• Presence on the job except for vacation and/or approved leave

Initiative/ Resourcefulness

• Self-directed and ability to improve work processes assigned, modify and develop ideas

• Ability to bring for /suggest improvements in changing environment
