We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for Bachelor's or Master's Degree students in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or related fields. This internship is open to students from any accredited university, particularly those pursuing degrees in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
As part of your internship, you will contribute to a strategic initiative at Mastercargo N.V., focusing on enhancing our operational efficiency and governance. You will improve and develop a comprehensive framework for AO/IC (Administratie Organisatie en Interne Controle), aimed at improving the company's administrative processes and internal controls.
Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree student in Finance & Accounting, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field (preferably from the University of Aruba).

Strong understanding of Economics, Accounting principles, and Finance.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.

Availability of at least 16 hours per week (flexible scheduling).

Strong interest in developing and understanding administrative and internal control systems (AO/IC).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Papiamento, Dutch, and English.
