-Assist in the preparation of meals by washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients as directed by the kitchen staff;
-Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and equipment. Ensure workstations are clean and sanitized;
-Help in the receiving, unpacking, and storage of supplies and ingredients. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages;
-Adhere to all health and safety standards, including proper food handling and storage procedures;
-Provide assistance to chefs and other kitchen staff as needed, including carrying out additional tasks assigned by the kitchen supervisor.

Requirements
-Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment;
-Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen equipment. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team;
-Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment;
-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn;
-Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene;
-Excellent communication skills;
-Flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
