Job Summary:

As a Reservation/Concierge Supervisor at Red Sail Aruba, you will oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional guest service and team support. This role involves managing reservations, concierge services, scheduling, and leading a high-performing team. You will play a key role in maintaining high service standards while addressing guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

• Ability to anticipate guest needs and ensure exceptional service standards.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying hours.
