Central station operators handle various responsibilities, from monitoring alarm signals for residential and commercial accounts to monitoring CCTV and assisting customers with alarm usage questions. They also accurately process inbound and outbound calls, respond to alarm signals efficiently and proficiently based on established company policies and procedures, and dispatch the appropriate emergency response agency when needed.



Requirements
*Minimum Mavo or equivalent
*Customer service oriented
*Computer knowledge including Microsoft Office
*Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento
*Able to work all shifts, weekends & Holidays
