We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to support our Marketing Coordinator in a dynamic fast-moving consumer goods environment. In this role, you will assist in executing campaigns, coordinating promotions, and strengthening the presence of our brands across the market.

Role Description

This is a hybrid role, combining office-based work with time in the field. The Marketing Assistant will support the commercial team in market research and handle social media platforms. Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks and preparing reports.

✔ Full-time (40 hrs/week) ✔ Language requirements: Papiamento, English, Spanish ✔ Education: HAVO/MBO level 3-4, or equivalent (preferably in marketing, business, or a related field)✔ Must have own transportation (car allowance included) ✔ Company phone + vision coverage plan ✔ We sponsor your participation in local sport events ✔ Must have a valid work permit and/or be a legal resident of Aruba (Note: all foreign nationals - incl.
