Varadero Caribe N.V. is one of Aruba's leading marine service providers, offering hauling, launching, storage, maintenance, and repair services to local and international boat owners. Located in the heart of Aruba's maritime community, we pride ourselves on delivering professional service, operational excellence, and a safe working environment for our customers, contractors, and employees.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support the daily operations of our boatyard. This role serves as the critical link between management, customers, contractors, and operational staff, ensuring that projects, schedules, and resources are coordinated efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics, operations, or project coordination role.
• Basic technical knowledge with the ability to understand maintenance, repair, and operational processes.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively coordinating with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Experience with administrative processes, including quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and inventory follow-up.
• Proficiency in Odoo, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other standard office applications.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for material collection and operational support when required.
• Interest in the maritime industry and a willingness to learn boatyard operations, vessel handling procedures, and marine-related services.
• Proficiency in Papiamento, Spanish and English
• Flexible, hands-on mentality, and willing to support operational activities beyond administrative duties when required.
