On behalf of our Client, ChogogoTours is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant General Manager to work closely with our Managing Director in driving operational excellence, business growth, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business operations
• Lead and develop managers and supervisors
• Monitor performance and drive improvements
• Oversee strategic projects and company initiatives
• Support business growth and profitability
• Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, Marketing, Finance, or related field

✔ 6–10 years of management experience

✔ Strong leadership and team development skills

✔ Experience managing multiple departments

✔ Tourism and/or hospitality industry experience required

✔ Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish

✔ Strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial awareness

✔ Language: Dutch, English, Papiamento, Spanish
