In this role, you will assist with financial documentation, data entry, invoice processing, and account reconciliations. The ideal candidate is proactive, precise, and able to manage confidential information with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Support financial operations through accurate documentation and data entry
• Process invoices and assist with account reconciliations
• Maintain organized and up-to-date financial records and files
• Assist with general administrative tasks as required
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all financial processes

Requirements

• Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative support
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience with accounting or ERP software
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Clear and professional communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
