General Accounting Clerk (AP & AR) – Accounting Department (Office-Based)

Full-Time | 40 hrs/week

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented General Accounting Clerk to join our Accounting Department. In this role, you will support both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth daily operations. This position is key in maintaining healthy cash flow and strong relationships with both suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities

General Accounting Support:

• Assist with month-end closing activities
• Maintain accurate accounting records in the system
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payments
• Support the accounting team with administrative and reporting tasks

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, AP, AR, or a similar role
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and follow-up skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
• Organized, responsible, and reliable
