About the Job:

The Laundry Attendant is responsible for maintained to the company’s high standards. This role supports the housekeeping department by delivering fresh, clean textiles that enhance guest comfort and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and press linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing.
• Operate laundry equipment such as washers, dryers, and ironing machines safely and efficiently.
• Inspect items for stains, damage, or wear and report or reprocess when necessary.
• Follow proper washing instructions and use correct chemicals and detergents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.
• Keep track of linen inventory and report shortages or damages.
• Assist with distribution of clean linens to housekeeping and other departments.
• Follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and environmental practices.
• Respond to guest laundry requests in a timely and professional manner.
