While experience in the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial industry is a plus, we are willing to train the right candidate who has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for helping others.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and general information.
• Provide timely and professional support by phone, email, and in person.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer experiences.
• Resolve customer concerns and follow up to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Learn our products and services to confidently assist customers and provide effective solutions.
