As the Operations Manager at Prestige Realty N.V., you will lead and oversee all operational activities to ensure satisfaction for both our property owners and guests. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of Prestige Vacations Aruba (PVA), supervise the operations team, and ensure high standards of property maintenance and guest readiness. You will play a key role in enhancing our service quality, implementing Standard Operating Procedures, and building strong relationships with owners, guests, and vendors to support Prestige’s reputation as a trendsetting industry icon in Aruba.

Key Responsibilities

Staff Management

• Assist with staff hiring, conducting interviews with candidates.
• Train new employees according to established SOPs.
• Lead and manage the operations team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
• Conduct monthly departmental meetings and document discussions.
• Schedule employee shifts bi-weekly to meet business needs.

Operational Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are guest-ready for each check-in.
• Regularly inspect properties and manage necessary maintenance and supply restocking.
• Implement and enforce SOPs for check-ins, check-outs, and property upkeep.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Handle guest inquiries, payments, and emails, assisting with check-ins and check-outs.
• Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure cost-efficient staffing and manage vendor quality.
• Verify vendor invoices for accuracy before submitting them to accounting.
• Prepare and explain cost calculations and expenses to owners.

Interdepartmental Collaboration

• Update the Marketing team regularly on property features.
• Collaborate with Accounting for timely billing and owner disbursements.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, or 3+ years of relevant operational management experience.
• Hands-on Mentality
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
