• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements to optimize cost and performance.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data related to LPG sales, distribution, and logistics.
• Develop dashboards and reports to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Prepares and presents financial reports on a determined schedule.
• Utilizes math skills to analyze key financial data and (operational) performance metrics.
• Investigates and provides feedback on accounting irregularities.
• Handle budgeting and forecasting processes, providing critical insights that guide. strategic decisions.
• Assists in preparing annual operations and investment budget.
• Assists in the monthly review of general ledgers; analyzes general ledger variances; and resolves any discrepancies.
• Assists with year-end closing entries and ensures the timely submission of principal’s financial data schedule.
• Prepare and submit all statutory requirements on time.
• Interact with external auditors during audits and periodic reviews.
• Oversee and manage financial transactions, maintain accurate ledgers, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting or business with 3 year’s working experience.
• The candidate should possess good math skills and be well-versed in spreadsheet applications

(in particular, a good working knowledge of Excel and knowledge of Exact is preferred however not required).
