Key Duties

• Greeting all guests promptly and warmly as they arrive in the beach area

• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about f&b offerings

• Take accurate orders and ensure timely delivery of food and drinks

• Provide attentive follow-up service, anticipating guest needs without being intrusive

• Upsell beverages, specials and enhancements to elevate guest experience

• Handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, involving a supervisor when necessary

• Set up, stock, and break down service station(s) daily

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service area(s)

• Ensure all items delivered to guests meet quality, presentation, an temperature standards

• Process payments accurately through POS systems

• Ensure compliance with all resort and local health and safety regulations

• Communicate effectively with bartenders, kitchen staff, colleagues and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

• Assist fellow team members during peak periods

• Attends pre-shift briefings and required trainings

• Report unsafe conditions or incidents immediately to a supervisor

• Clear plates, cutlery, glassware and change ashtrays.

• Any other reasonable duties as required. 

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year previous experience as a busser or server
• English is a must
• must be at least 18 years old
• Pleasant personality and customer oriented
• upselling skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Valid Health Card
• Flexible to work different shifts
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
