Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Supervisor to oversee our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will support daily HR functions, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support HR team members
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
• Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution
• Maintain HR records and ensure confidentiality
• Assist in performance management and training programs

Requirements:

• 2 years of HR experience (supervisory experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
