As a Junior IT Technician at Netflow IT Fiber & Cabling Solutions, you will assist in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and fiber/network cabling infrastructure for residential and commercial clients. This entry-level role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and eager to grow in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in configuring and troubleshooting network equipment
• Perform basic hardware/software diagnostics and repairs
• Help with IT infrastructure setup (Wi-Fi, routers, switches, etc.)
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working environment
• Document tasks, material usage, and service reports
• Follow safety protocols and quality standards on every job site
• Provide excellent customer service on-site

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi setup, etc.)
• CompTIA Network+ certification or equivalent knowledge
• ISN+ (Installation Smart Network Plus) or willingness to obtain
• Any relevant IT-related certification or technical training is a plus
• Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team
