Responsibilities

• Get assignment sheet and make requests for supplies if needed, ensure caddy is properly stocked.
• Ensure lobby areas are clean and free of trash and debris.
• Maintain public restrooms at the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Maintain areas of offices clean and free of dust, dirt, debris, stains and odors.
• Ensure that employee locker rooms are maintained in good condition and appearance.
• Clean public telephones.
• Dust all furniture, etc. in public areas.
• Clean and maintain all sofas chairs and cushions.
• Ensure that all pictures and frames are free of dust, tears, cracks, streaks and smears.
• Clean mirrors.
• Polish woodwork and brass.
• Clean all marble counters and tables.
• Empty and clean all ash -urns and ash-trays.
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles.
• Clean and disinfect urinals and toilets.
• Clean plants and planters daily.
• Clean sink and vanity, keep them free of soap, scum, hair, smudges, mildew, debris and odors.
• Replenish paper supply and refill soapdispensers.
• Clean door and doorframes.
• Clean and wipe all light fixtures according to special instructions.
• Clean the vents.
• Clean and wash windows and windowframes.
• Sweep and Mop Floors.
• Spray buff floors following special instructions.
• Strip floors.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas twice a day.
• Spot clean carpets.
• Sweep the front entrance daily.
• Clean, disinfect and polish water fountain.
• Return caddy to storage area.
• Clean all machines used for the day.
• Return keys and report to Housekeeper.
• Any other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Housekeeper or Supervisor

Requirements and Qualifications

• EPB Diploma is preferred but not required
• Is 20 years or older
• Can understand and speak Papiamento and basic English.
• Has a Dutch Passport or valid work permit
