We are looking for a detail‑oriented Public Areas Attendant to maintain cleanliness and presentation of all shared and employee areas.

Key Duties

• Clean and maintain lobby, restrooms, offices, locker rooms, and public areas
• Dust furniture, clean mirrors, windows, floors, carpets, and fixtures
• Replenish supplies and ensure sanitation standards are met
• Operate and clean housekeeping equipment
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures

Requirements

• EPB Diploma or equivalent. Experience is not required.
• Minimum age: 20 years
• Papiamento required; basic English is a plus
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
