Wish Holding VBA is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivables Clerk & Customer Service representative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices
• Process incoming payments accurately and on time
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth billing operations
• Communicate professionally with customers and address any billing inquiries or complaints

Desired Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with QuickBooks is a strong plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
