Fundacion Contra Violencia Relaciónal (FCVR) is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as On-Call Shelter Advocates. FCVR provides shelter and support for women and their children who are survivors of gender-based and domestic violence. This is a perfect opportunity for those with a heart for helping others and the flexibility to cover shifts when our full-time staff are on vacation or on sick leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support and care to shelter residents.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.
• Assist in the daily operations of the shelter.
• Collaborate with full-time staff to maintain a positive and supportive environment.

Requirements
Requirements:
• At least an "MBO-4 diploma in “Zorg en Welzijn" (Care and Welfare) from Colegio EPI or an equivalent institution.
• Ability to work on short notice and cover shifts as needed.
• Our Shifts:
o Morning: 06:00 - 14:00
o Evening: 14:00 - 22:00
o Night: 22:00 - 06:00
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
