About the Role

As an HR Intern, you will become part of a dynamic Human Resources team supporting an organization of more than 170 employees. This internship offers hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions while providing valuable insight into the hospitality industry.

You will assist with daily HR administration, recruitment activities, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, reporting, and HR data management. Throughout your internship, you will gain practical knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment documentation, and the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

• MBO or HBO education in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Strong interest in Human Resources and employee development
• Computer and technology savvy with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Creative mindset with strong organizational and administrative skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Strong communication skills in English (Dutch, Spanish, and/or Papiamento are an advantage)
• Interest in HR systems, reporting, data analysis, and digital HR tools
