Renova Spa is excited to announce that we are seeking a talented and dedicated Spa Technical supervisor to join our team for our brad-new, beautifully designed Spa, with the following requirements:          


 Renova Spa is seeking a Technical Spa Supervisor

We are looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Spa Supervisor to oversee our team of therapists, ensuring the highest quality of service in accordance with Renova Spa protocols. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills and be eager to learn and implement company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Master all Renova Spa protocols and standards for services.

·        Train and mentor new and existing spa therapists to meet our quality and service standards.

·        Continually assess and enhance service protocols to maintain industry-leading standards.

Team Leadership:

·        Lead and motivate a team of spa therapists to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

·        Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to management.

Technical Proficiency:

·        Utilize Excel and other computer programs for scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks.

Customer Service:

·        Ensure an excellent client experience by maintaining high standards of customer service.

Renova Spa is seeking for a Spa Operation Manager (Female or Male)


Roles & Responsibilities:

● Oversee and responsible for all the aspects of the day spa.

● Strong leadership skills.

● Build customer loyalty through excellent customer service.

● Coordinate programs, create staff schedules and delegate the staff.

● Coordinate briefings, monthly meetings with the staff.

● Handle conflicts or issues related to staff or customers.

● Accountable for overall performance, sustainability, and profitability of the

business at the spa.

● Having a big picture vision that allows you to identify future strategies

and trends, a keen eye for detail is essential.

● Build a positive business relationship with all internal and external

suppliers to meet common business goals.

● You must have a passion for the job.


Our ideal applicant must have several years of experience in cosmetology or

spa management, and love for the spa industry.
