We seek a dynamic and forward-thinking Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead Lotto pa Deporte through its next phase of strategic growth. Lotto Pa Deporte is a socially driven initiative that generates and allocates funds to support sports, physical education, and cultural enrichment in Aruba. Committed to community development, it aims to provide access to recreational and cultural opportunities, promote healthy lifestyles, and enhance the overall well-being of individuals and the community.


The CEO will be responsible for setting the overall direction, ensuring operational excellence, and driving long-term success across all business areas. This role requires a visionary leader who can balance high-level strategy with hands-on management while effectively navigating political, business, and regulatory landscapes. The CEO will work closely with a Supervisory Board and other key stakeholders to align the organization’s strategy with its performance objectives. 1. Leadership & Strategic Vision

  • Proven experience in a senior executive role.

3. Financial & Risk Management

  • Deep knowledge of financial oversight, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience in financial governance, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Strong risk management capabilities with an ability to safeguard long-term viability.

  • Expertise in HR policy and people leadership.

Key Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10–15 years of senior leadership experience, ideally in a complex or multi-stakeholder environment.
  • Proven success in managing and growing an organization.
  • Experience working with boards, regulators, and strategic partners.
  • Multilingual fluency in Dutch, Papiamento, and English is an asset.
