About the job:
An Administrative Assistant provides support to managers, other employees and office visitors by handling a variety of tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.
Requirements:
• Education level: EPB/MAVO degree.
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
• Consistent, professional dress and manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent computer skills, especially typing.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• English and Spanish required.
• Good time management skills.
