As a Reservations Agent, you are the voice of Prestige. You assist potential guests in finding the perfect luxury vacation rental from our exclusive portfolio and ensure a smooth and professional booking experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls and emails

• Assisting guests with inquiries and bookings

• Processing reservations accurately

• Providing excellent customer service before and during the booking process

Requirements:

We are looking for someone who:

• Has excellent English communication skills (written & spoken)

• Can work with Chatgpt

• Has good knowledge of Spanish (written & verbal)

• Has HAVO/MBO level and at least 2 years of experience in hospitality

• Is guest-oriented and detail-focused

• Has a positive, outgoing personality

• Is willing to work weekends & holidays

• Works well in a team
