We are looking for a dynamic and driven Retail Supervisor to lead the daily operations of our stores. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering strong sales results, exceptional customer experiences, and an energized, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all daily store operations
• Drive sales performance and ensure targets are achieved
• Deliver and maintain outstanding customer service standards
• Lead, coach, and motivate the store team
• Assist in organize staff schedules and delegate responsibilities effectively
• Monitor inventory, logistics, and stock control
• Manage administrative and reporting tasks
• Ensure store presentation, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Uphold company policies and maintain a positive team culture

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in health and wellness is a plus!
• MBO (intermediate vocational education) level or equivalent thinking/working level
• Basic administrative knowledge and skills
• Solid understanding of retail operations
• Strong commercial drive and results-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational and delegation skills
• Proven leadership and coaching abilities
• Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
• Independent, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Friendly, engaging, and confident personality
• Able to be firm, consistent, and professional when required
• Reliable and trustworthy

Technical & Language Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent in Papiamento, Dutch, Spanish, and English
