The ideal candidate will support our administration and sales departments with the retention of customers by communicating politely and frequently and directly with them.

You will provide services to Sales and Administration with the collection of Life and Mortgage payments as your principal activity. You will support Sales Agents with attending the customers regarding inquiries about the options and benefits of their insurance plans and for managing their payment arrangements. Furthermore you will be sustaining efforts of the marketing team to enhance customer satisfaction and service. Attending incoming/walk in clients is also an important part of your daily duties. You will be working with the Administration Department that registers the collection of premiums to maintain your payment data up to date.

Education is preferable MAVO (with math, M&O, Handelskennis) or HAVO, EPI

Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, afinity with administration software.

Personal profile preferred is: Very polite and good communication skills and manners with positive attitude for optimal colleague relations and client service level demanded by the company standards and culture. Preferably discreet and with strong sense of confidentiality.

Others skills preferred are excellent writing and speaking skills in the English language.
