About the vacancy
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations and ensure quality, standards, and team performance.
Key Duties
- Supervise daily attendance, assignments, and room inspections
- Ensure rooms, public areas, and VIP rooms meet quality standards
- Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff
- Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance
- Monitor linen, supplies, and inventories
- Enforce safety, emergency, and hotel procedures
Requirements
- MAVO Diploma or EPB Diploma with 2+ years' of experience
- Supervisory training and leadership skills
- Languages: English, Spanish & Papiamento; Dutch a plus
- Dutch passport or valid work permit
