About the vacancy

You will support the Administration Department and Sales Department with: Attending the public coming to the branch for insurance premium or loan payments, policy changes, withdrawals, claims and other options that clients have with their insurance plan. Requirements Fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and Papiamento. Customer service minded and care for the customer´s needs. Excellent communication skills and positive disposition to fit in our happy but very efficient workplace.


Education requirements are: EPI (Sector Economico), HAVO or VWO or MAVO with economy/finance/customer service courses. You should be familiar and skilled operating a computer and operate in a secure online administration network.


Excellent politeness and good manners with positive attitude for optimal colleague relations and client service level demanded by the company standards and culture. Good communication and conversation skills both personally and by phone. Discreet personality with strong sense of confidentiality. You should be able to work with concentration when dealing with data and documents of clients. Good writing and speaking skills in the English language is one of the most important attributes.
