-Arrange produce in the cooler in an organized manner, ensuring items are easily accessible and rotated based on the "first in, first out" (FIFO) principle;
-Regularly check produce for freshness and quality, removing any spoiled or damaged items;
-Maintain cleanliness in the cooler by sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure that all equipment and storage containers are clean and in good condition;
-Assist in monitoring inventory levels and report any shortages or overstock issues to the produce manager;
-Help in receiving and unpacking deliveries;
-Monitor and record cooler temperatures to ensure they remain within the required range for produce storage.

Requirements
-Previous experience in a grocery store or produce department;
-Ability to lift heavy objects, perform repetitive tasks, and work in a cold environment for extended periods;
-Keen eye for detail to ensure produce quality and cooler organization;
-Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn;
-Work primarily in a cold storage environment with occasional work in other areas of the store.
-Flexible working hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
