The Retail Assistant works as part of a team and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and enhancing the overall shopping experience. The Retail Assistant’s role includes efficiently processing customer transactions, merchandising shelves and pricing products accordingly, and maintaining store appearance.

Job Requirements

• Has an interest in health and wellness.

• Minimum MAVO diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to work at and travel to all locations.

• Is representative.

• Has good verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

• Is customer-oriented, helpful, and polite.

• Is reliable and trustworthy.

• Has basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling.

• Is physically able to stand for extended periods, and lift and carry merchandise.

• Can work independently.

• Able to work as part of a team.

• Is flexible.

• Has ample knowledge of offered products & services.

• Basic skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Proficient in Papiamento, Dutch, Spanish, and English.
