QSI International School of Aruba is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our diverse international learning community.

The successful candidate will hold a recognized teaching qualification in Early Childhood Education or a related field and have experience working with preschool-aged children. Applicants should demonstrate strong classroom management, effective communication skills, and a commitment to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where young learners can thrive.

Candidates should be passionate about supporting children's social, emotional, physical, and academic development and eager to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

Experience in an international or American school setting is desirable but not required. A commitment to fostering global awareness, cultural understanding, and lifelong learning is highly valued. Candidates who can support extracurricular and cultural activities will be viewed favorably.
