About the Role:

Join Amsterdam Manor Beach Resort as a F&B Storeroom Attendant, where you'll play a vital role in supporting our culinary and beverage operations. In this position, you'll ensure our kitchens and bars are fully stocked with quality ingredients while maintaining impeccable organization of our storage areas. Your attention to detail will directly contribute to the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily inventory of food, beverages, and F&B supplies
• Receive, inspect, and properly store all deliveries according to food safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels and expiration dates
• Coordinate with chefs and bartenders to fulfill daily supply requests
• Conduct regular stock audits and assist with monthly inventory counts
• Develop positive relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Ensure all storage areas meet health and safety regulations
• Monitor product quality and report any issues to management
• Assist with supply ordering and cost control initiatives

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (F&B or inventory management coursework a plus)
• 1+ years experience in inventory control or storeroom operations preferred
• Fluency in English, Spanish, and Papiamento
• Basic math skills for inventory tracking and ordering
• Ability to lift and move stock items (up to 25kg)
• Familiarity with food safety standards and storage protocols
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
