Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounting colleague to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of financial processes, including balance sheet analysis, accounts receivable (AR), and accounts payable (AP). This role plays a key part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in financial records
• Prepare and review journal entries and supporting documentation
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy
• Support administration by providing required documentation and explanations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting or financial analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, AR, and AP processes
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with QuickBooks
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
