Key Duties

Inventory Management

• Conduct monthly physical inventory counts
• Maintain accurate operating inventory records
• Monitor stock levels and initiate timely restocking
• Track fast- and slow-moving items to optimize stock levels
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies
• Maintain organized stockroom and display areas
• Assist with pricing updates and merchandise markdowns

Merchandise Receiving

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments
• Verify merchandise against purchase orders and invoices
• Tag, label and enter new items into the inventory system
• Coordinate with management regarding shortages or damaged goods
• Ensure accurate documentation of all received merchandise

Member Administration

• Maintain and update member accounts
• Support member promotions and loyalty initiatives
• Maintain accurate member-related documentation and records

Customer Service & Shop Operations

• Provide friendly and professional service to members and guests
• Assist with maintaining visual merchandising standards
• Support tournaments, club events and promotional activities

Administrative Support

• Maintain organized inventory and vendor records
• Support cost control by monitoring stick levels and shrinkage
• Assist management with operational planning as needed
• Perform any reasonable duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Highschool Diploma
• A minimum of year's of experience in a similar position
• Previous retail or inventory experience preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Proficient in POS and inventory systems
• Fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamento
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within a part-time schedule
• Customer oriented
• Dutch passport or valid work permit
