On behalf of our client, we are looking for a results-driven Commercial Lead to drive revenue growth, lead Sales & Marketing efforts, and build strong strategic partnerships within the tourism sector.

What you will do:

• Drive revenue growth through strategic commercial initiatives
• Lead and align Sales & Marketing teams
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong partnerships within the tourism industry
• Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
• Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies
• Strong understanding of sales processes, partnerships, and revenue generation
• Experience working across Sales & Marketing functions
• Strong leadership and team alignment skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
• Hands-on, results-driven attitude
• Fluent in English (Papiamento & Spanish are a plus)
• Valid Category B driver’s license
