About the vacancy
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a results-driven Commercial Lead to drive revenue growth, lead Sales & Marketing efforts, and build strong strategic partnerships within the tourism sector.
What you will do:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic commercial initiatives
- Lead and align Sales & Marketing teams
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships within the tourism industry
- Analyze market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (HBO level) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles
- Proven track record in developing and executing commercial strategies
- Strong understanding of sales processes, partnerships, and revenue generation
- Experience working across Sales & Marketing functions
- Strong leadership and team alignment skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends
- Hands-on, results-driven attitude
- Fluent in English (Papiamento & Spanish are a plus)
- Valid Category B driver’s license
