We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Rental Representative to support our team. Our rental team is responsible for renting our vehicles and selling our products and services, while providing customer satisfaction. This includes listening to, and identifying customer needs, answering questions, processing rental agreements and providing a friendly and efficient check-out/ check-in process.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control receipts, rental agreements, invoices, and payments with accuracy and timeliness

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements and reports for management and external stakeholders

• Act as the primary contact for banks, auditors, accountants, and other financial partners

• Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, providing regular analysis of performance against targets

• Identify process improvements to strengthen internal controls and efficiency within finance and administration

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting or similar and 3+ years relevant experience; (or MBO+ level with 6+ years of relevant professional experience)

• Proficient with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail

• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and verbal; Spanish and Papiamento are a plus
