We are looking for a responsible and alert Security Guard to work at a professional, well-known organization on Aruba. You will be working outside, monitoring the area, and making sure everything stays safe and under control. It is important that you stay focused and visible at all times. This position is from Monday to Friday, from 8 A.M. to 4.30 P.M.

Main tasks:

• Keep watch over the entrance/exit and surrounding area.

• Control who enters the property and stay alert for any suspicious activity.

• Do regular outdoor patrols on foot around the building and parking lot.

• Respond quickly if something suspicious or unusual happens.

• Help employees and visitors when needed in a professional and respectful way.

• Report any incidents clearly and accurately.

• Be a visible presence to help prevent incidents from happening.

What we're looking for:

• Age: 25 to 45 years old.

• Education: Minimum MAVO.

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard.

• Able to stand and walk outside for long periods of time.

• Neat appearance and professional attitude.

• Calm under pressure with an ability to react quickly.

• Able to speak Papiamento and English. Must be able to at least understand Dutch and Spanish.

• Reliable, always on-time, with a good work ethic.
