The Verifier ensures the accuracy, legitimacy and completeness of the information provided by the applicants adhering to lending regulations.  

Position Duties:

• Confirms the accuracy of details such as identity and employment income through various methods, including inbound and outbound calls and reviewing submitted documents.
• Review all employment documentations submitted by the applicant and ensure it meets the parameters established in the branch manual.
• Review the employment, the customer’s name, the references and the name of the person providing the verification against the black/fraud list.
•  Accurately record verification findings and update applicant data in the system in compliance with company procedures.
• Review the customer ID, ensure it meets the requirements and validate that the applicants do not have an existing or a pending application in another branch.
• Ensure the quality of the information validated will pass QA scrutiny.
• Recognize unusual scenarios, potential fraud, or other risk-related issues and escalate them to the Branch and Country Manager.

Available to work from Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. in a moderate noise of an office environment. May be requested to work overtime on month end and weekends, when necessary.
