This role is essential in assisting management, real estate agents, and the marketing department with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

As our Office Coordinator, you will:

-manage daily office operations

-Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing professional and welcoming support.

- Support our real estate agents with daily tasks

- Assist our marketing team with listings & promotions

Qualifications:

-Must be able to communicate in English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento (verbal and written)

-Outstanding client care and service experience

-Proficient with Microsoft office

-Strong organizational and time management skills
