As a Human Resource Officer, you will be part of a team that helps implement people-related services, policies, and programs. I also provide HR expertise and support in coordinating and administrating hiring/recruiting needs, recruiting, and employment policies and procedures, employee training, employee relations and management coaching and team building, acquisition due diligence, and other business-forward projects and initiatives.

Requirements
The ideal candidate for this position should have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or Organizational Development, but it is not mandatory. They should have a good understanding of labor legislation and social developments. The candidate should also be able to formulate a strategy, translate it into concrete action steps, and implement labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must, and familiarity with HRMS Plus is an advantage. Other important qualities include accuracy, attention to detail, reliability, independence, and the ability to negotiate and report effectively. The candidate should also be a team player with excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in Dutch and English. They should be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining strict confidentiality. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization and tackle problems with a sense of urgency are also essential.
