Responsibilities:

The Front Office Reliever is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to members and guests while ensuring smooth front desk operations.

This role serves as a backup for absent front desk Agents and when required assume the responsibilities of the Night Auditor.

Requirements:

• Dutch nationality or hold a valid work permit
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including Graveyard shift, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer knowledge
• Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, & Papiamento
• detail-oriented, professional, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly and effectively
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
