Renova Spa is seeking for a Technical Spa Supervisor with the  following requirements :  

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Spa Supervisor to oversee our therapists and ensure the highest quality of service in line with our Renova Spa protocols. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership and communication skills, be proficient in using Excel and other computer applications, eager to learn and implement company procedures.

Key responsibilities.

·        Máster our Renova Spa’s protocols and standards for all services.

·        Train and mentor new and existing spa therapist to ensure they meet our quality and service standards.

·        Continually assess and improve service protocols to maintain industry- leading standards.

Team Leadership

·        Lead and motivate a team of spa therapist fostering a collaborative and high- performance work environment.

·        Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to management

Technical Proficiency

·       Utilize Excel and other computer programs from scheduling, reporting, and operational tasks

Costumer Service

·       Ensure an excellent client experience by maintaining high standards of costumer service
